These amazing ‘GIF-iti’ creations were made by fine artist and designer INSA. These murals are painted and photographed in sequential order to create up to 8 individual frames that are then animated into a motion graphic. This process can take several days as the artist must repaint and compose every frame precisely.

INSA was even invited to travel to Kubuneh Village in Gambia, where he painted these animation murals on several of the structures within the village as part of the Wide Open Walls project. You can find more images and gifs of INSA’s work on his Tumblr. (Via Colossal)

American born painter, Victor Malagon is the artist behind these vibrant 3D panels. Victor first hand cuts each panel into a shape, then uses a mixture of oil on wood and spray paint to achieve such vibrant and deep colors.

He describes his work as “Shaped panels clashed with vivid colors, razor sharp edges and wild style 3D!”

Based in Mexico City, street artist Favio Martinez, aka Curiot, creates these masterpieces that are somewhere between the lines of an anamorphic beast and an ancestral deity. With each beast representing emotions brought out from his childhood and culture shift, Curiot explains:

“Growing up in the States sort of gave me a diluted Mexican culture, I had no clue what I was missing out on until I moved back 10 years ago”, says Curiot. “The bright colors, folklore, ancient cultures and the beautiful handcrafts are some of the things that I embraced and which influence my work deeply”

You can find more of his works on his Tumblr, and his Flickr page. (Via Colossal)
