Artist Amy Genser uses paper and acrylic to create these magnificent canvases that resemble ocean reefs. Evocative of natural forms and organic processes, her work is both irregular and ordered. Amy’s fascination with textures and colors lead her to creating these stunning pieces of art that extend beyond the boundaries of their canvas confinement to shocase their texture and bright colors. Each of Amy’s picture’s are inspired by the world around her, whether it be of pictures she’s seen, or the calm curves of river beds. Amy’s art is on exhibit right now through june, and can be viewed at Elisa Contemporary Art.
